Hello, my name is Kevin and I am a bacon addict! I don't eat bacon every day but I think about it several times a day. Normally when I think about it I am thinking about new recipes to it in, purely as an excuse to satisfy my cravings, and I am here to day to share with you a few of my favourites.

Bacon jam is my new hero of the bacon world and it is little wonder why with this Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam with its combination of smoky, salty, bacon-y goodness with sweet maple syrup, tangy cider vinegar and spicy chipotle peppers and lets not forget that shot of bourbon rounding things out!

Salty bacon with cool and creamy avocado is an amazing combination but if you then wrap it all up in plenty of ooey gooey melted cheese like in this Bacon Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwich, you are in pure heaven!

Bacon is a common addition to burgers and these Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Burgers are a creatively tasty take that will melt your taste buds and leave them craving for more!
