Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

This sounds really good and I will try it soon. Do you have a recipe for white balsamic vinaigrette? I used to buy Dole prebagged spinach salad with dried cherries and almonds that had a small packet of the dressing. I liked to slightly wilt the salad and the white dressing was a bit lighter and really hit the spot. I would really like to make my own without all the additives and junk. Any thoughts?

I made your dressing for the first time today. WOW, I will never buy a dressing from the store again .
I added an equal amount of red wine vinegar. This will be my dressing of choice from now on. Thank you so much . Becky

Hi! I happily discovered your site while searching for a rasberry viaigrette. Your recipe sounds delicious. While on our last vacation, my husband & I discovered a wonderful shop called Vine & Olive. It has an amazing selection of olive oils and vinegars. I purchased a blueberry infused balsamic vinegar. I am wondering if I could adapt the rasberry vinaigrette recipe and use the blueberry vinegar and fresh blueberries. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. (But hoping it won't be terrible!)

I've been making this recipe for a few weeks now. I've only made one minor change. I didn't have any honey on hand so substituted agave nectar. I will never buy store-bought balsamic vinaigrette again! Delicious on so many things...dunked garlic cheese breadsticks in it the other night. So, so good.
