Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

This is GOOD. I didn't have special chili powders on hand, so I used 2 TBSP of regular old chili powder, and had chicken broth on hand and not beef so used that, and it was GREAT. Also, garnished with the cilantro but also sour cream and cheddar cheese, with blue corn chips. Delicious!!

Kevin, this rocks, especially the addition of the fritos. There's a place here called Petro's which is chili on top of fritos with other toppings and I love them.

This looks delicious! I was daydreaming about chili earlier & I think I will have to make some this weekend. I am excited about this cornbread recipe! That has to be the most perfect-looking loaf of bread I have ever seen. Your photos always look amazing!
