Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

I bet this would be yummy on a good grilled steak or burger (but I think I'd leave out the dill if I used it on the grilled beef--just my personal preference). I can also imagine some sweet potato french fries with this. Just discovered your site. And, as a fellow traveler on the quest for wonderful things to concoct,it looks like you're really having fun discovering your inner chef. My next project--homemade tamales with salsa verde. Just bought the chilies, corn husks, tomatilloes, masa, etc. yesterday. Can't wait for the week-end!! Bon appetit et bonne chance!
