Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Anonymous: Just click through the link to get to the amaretti crust recipe. It is basically 2 tablespoons crumble amaretti cookies + 2 tablespoons crumble graham crackers + 1 tablespoon butter pressed into a 1/4 inch thick disc in a pan and baked at 350F until lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let it cool and then crumble it into big chunks.

Sarah: A strawberry syrup would also be wonderful! It would be made in pretty much the same way but you will want to slice them first and simmer for a bit longer, say 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
