Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Kevin, as always, this looks amazing. My wife, Kathy, and I use your site all the time. Great recipes. Q: How would you adapt this if you were using an air fryer vs oil?

Jenny: Adding more panko should have worked and if they still are not holding together the extra egg will help. I normally only use 2-4 tablespoons of oil for a shallow fry rather than a deep fry.

Mine keep falling apart. I i have upped the panko crumbs to help keep them together, but not luck. Am I using too much sauce maybe? Or would another egg help? Any recs? Also, about how much oil are you frying them in? I fear I am using too much, but not sure. <br />

Absolutely amazing recipe! I made a double batch last weekend and they were gone by Tuesday. I made a spicy yogurt sauce to go with it. We also wrapped these in some romaine lettuce with the sauce and they were a filling lunch! I can't wait to make more!
