I’m a little late to the party but I just made this cheesecake for Christmas dinner. Was I supposed to stir the sugar/syrup filling as it cooked? Because I did. Guess I’ll find out tomorrow!

Simply replace the 1 3/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs with 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs and everything else is the same. Enjoy!
