I never know what to do with cauliflower..kids loved it (18 months and 4) with crusty bread. I added some ham into their bowls(and left out dill on theirs) and it was a hit!

How intersting! It’s an herb I really don’t use often enough in winter. And the soup is lovely. No white cheddar for me though…but I see what you mean about a small amount of something sharp.
