I made the Cilantro and Lime Rice as a side dish and it was a perfect pair. I also made my corn pudding for something a little sweet. Needless to say, dinner was fabulous.

Your recipe was so easy to make and produced some great flavors and a rave review from my boyfriend. Thank you for sharing your recipes and great food pictures. I can't wait to make another dish from your blog!!!
