This was a good recipe but I did make changes: added black beans and corn for extra veggies. Also used a whole packet of spicy taco mix and a jalapeño for extra kick. Very yummy!

I just made this tonight for dinner. It was good but it was more like soup! The recipe doesn't say to drain the diced tomatoes and there's way too much liquid. Looked a bit bland and pale in comparison to the picture even though I followed the recipe exactly.
