Wow. These are fantastic. We made them last night for our weekly Thursday Night Football Snack. Great flavor. Using Tamarind really makes a difference. We will start using the sauced version of this chicken in quesadillas and rice bowls. Thanks again Kevin. We have so many of your recipes saved.

Made these last night for the opening of NFL football season. Amazing. Super tasty. We loved it and plan to make this often. We’re thinking about taking the chicken, sauce and fixings and wrapping them all into a burrito. Another winner from Closet Cooking!
