Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

In reply to <a href="https://www.closetcooking.com/chicken-piccata/#comment-13247">Helene</a>.

Just made this dish for the first time. Even my 7 yr old daughter liked it. I did less pepper for her and half the capers. My husband would have liked the full amount of capers so I will do that next time and reduce the salt. I served it with beaded parmasean cauliflower florets. With all the prep between the two dishes it took me about 2 hrs from start to finish. Hoping to learn to make it quicker next time and maybe even prep it the nights before.
