Comments on: Grilled Chicken Souvlaki Salad with Creamy Feta and Dill Dressing https://www.closetcooking.com/chicken-souvlaki-salad/ Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen. I used to make a similar salad with grilled chicken or shrimps and served with pita. This looks a wonderful meal with plenty of dressing and just delish and right for the warm weather. Thanks Kevin.

I am an empty nester who cooked for a family for so long I that I really couldn’t remember how to cook “small” if you will. You are so thoughtful with your photos, instructions and depth of recipes that you are truly one of my favorites to pin. I look forward to your emails and recipes. My hats off to you! BTW cannot wait to make this chicken dish over the weekend for my friends at the Jersey Shore, yay summer

Marinated the chicken for a full 24 hours sort of by accident, and it was good enough to eat right off the skewer!! So much flavor!! My husband and I had to restrain ourselves so we could actually make the wraps!

This is the fifth recipe I've tried from this site and everything I've made so far has been AWESOME. Thanks for the great meal ideas!

I try to limit dressings to 1 tablespoon per serving of salad. If you prefer more, go right ahead and add more!
