Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Don't worry about soaking the cornmeal overnight...I just soaked it for about an hour and it all still came out great...I added gluten free flour and minced red peppers and minced seeded, jalapeno and as well 2 tbsp of sour cream. It turned out delicious. I like the idea you have of adding cranberries...Maybe I'll do that tonight for the baby shower to go with the chili.
