Made them exactly as posted and they were perfect. Mine baked in 20 minutes; I used a silicone muffin pan that I very lightly greased but probably didn’t need to as they popped right out. He said they were delish – lots of leftovers for him and he’s quite fine with that! (I will make them again minus the ham – I don’t eat pork so that is why I didn’t have any…)

Defrost them in the fridge the night before. I like to warm these in the microwave but the oven will also work! Enjoy!
