Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

whoa! made exactly as written-so sweet!! very confusing, flavor wise. You get the balsamic, but it's so overwhelmingly sweet! I just don't understand the flavor profile- It is one note. Just my opinion, good luck to everyone else who tries it!

If you go to a 5lb roast, how would you adjust the cooking time in the oven?

For 13 servings I would double everything but the beef. For the beef, estimate how many ounces you want per person, say 6 ounces per person, or about a 5 pound roast, or 6.5 pounds for 8 ounces per person. Enjoy!

good morning,
is there a way to adjust the servings? I need to make for 13 people. I don't want to double the ingredients, might be too much.

Yes! You can add a few fresh cranberries near the end so that they get a little tender while retaining their colour and texture.

Yes you can! For step 5, transfer to the instapot and cook at HIGH pressure for about 20 minutes per pound of beef. Enjoy!
