Very good recipe – but a bit sweet for me. I think it could use more cranberry sauce in the middle. Thanks for sharing !

I never have time to eat breakfast during the week which is why on weekends I stock up. Sometimes I even go as far as making a few extra pancakes and freezing them. A quick zap in the microwave and start the day.
