Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

it was a big hit!!! I did make a very few slight adjustments. I added some andouille sausagewhich I cooked just before adding shrimp, I added half a yellow pepper also. instead of diced tomatoes, I used diced tomatoes with peppers and onions because that was what I had on hand. I used rotini pasta because I think it is more fun. lastly, I used cream cheese instead of whipping cream. Not big changes, just what I had on hand. We loved it!!! I was trying to get close to a local restaurant where I. order something similar.it was definitely very close,
