Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

I just want to make Espresso butter to put on my steak After it’s cooked, like a dipping sauce. Can’t seam to find an answer to my question when I Google it. I get everything but what I want to know, maybe you can help me?
Will espresso powder dissolve in melted butter? I don’t want a dry rub the steaks or put powder sugar in it with heaven cream, I just want to make a Coffee butter for my steaks with out having to use whole beans and vacuum seal it and then do a hot bath for three hours!

Why must they be used? Can't you just grind the espresso beans into a fine powder and use that? Wouldn't it have more flavor and be more potent?
