I used bacon bits instead of frying up bacon slices to have less clean up. Served as a side to the buffalo chicken club sandwiches. Yummy!

I make a big bowl of this and eat it for a couple of days. I use Vegenaise and leave out the bacon. I have used regular cheese and non dairy cheese, and it's delicious either way. I've made it at least 3 times, and I only found the recipe recently. Thank you!!!
