Another 5 star! Alright I missed the note about scrambling the eggs a bit in the middle before mixing so mine was sloppy. But man, so tasty. Thank you for another dynamite dish!

Made this 2 days ago and it came out delicious. Had all ingredients except the green onions and will make sure to have them next time (because there will definitely be a next time). Thank you for this recipe.

This recipe is for the "chicken fried rice" or fried rice with small pieces of chicken in it. The photo with the mushrooms, zucchini and chicken is a meal that you can serve the fried rice with; you can find that recipe here: hibachi chicken and vegetables

Do you realize that you left out the zucchini and the mushrooms from the directions? Also, you do not suggest that the chicken be flipped while it cooks at medium-high heat with the onion. Did you mean to suggest it, or do you think that 7-10 minutes will be long enough to cook the chicken thoroughly and uniformly without the need for flipping? Me thinks that maybe you meant to specify that the chicken be allowed to cook for 7 to 10 minutes on each side! If so, when would you suggest that we add the mushrooms and the zucchini? And you would not add them at the same time, would you? Because they will cook at different rates, right?
Summary- you left out a lot of detail in this recipe, IMO, but thanks for sharing it.

Thanks Kevin, this is delicious! I did use rotisserie chicken and mixed frozen vegetables- corn, string beans and carrots and added fresh cut up pineapple. Next time instead of chicken I’ll use bacon. As a child my great aunt made fried rice with bacon and I loved it.
