This is fine without spraying but you can spray the pan. Leave the seeds in if you like it spicy and remove them if you prefer it to be a little milder. Enjoy!

I usually use fresh but canned/pickled jalapenos work really well! If you prefer liquid melted cheese on top, cover with foil, if you prefer a more golden brown cheese topping eave uncovered. Enjoy!

Cover with foil when baking or not, needs to have a measurement of salt and pepper.
