Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Cindy: It is fixed now. Thanks!

tina: 1. My pantry is spread between the cupboard above the stove and most of my closet has been over taken with food stuff. I have way to many ingredients lying around! 2. I plan my entire weeks worth of meals including all of the leftovers. I am usually pretty good at estimating how many serving a recipe will make and I pencil all of the leftovers into my meal plan. I normally bring the leftovers to work for lunch.

Kevin, all these years I've been peeking at your blog, constantly amazed at the sheer variety of things you make. Two questions for you: 1) How do you manage the ginormous pantry you must have? (like keeping all those ingredients fresh and on hand, etc.) and 2) How do you deal with leftovers if you cook something different every single day? Because I find those are the two biggest challenges for me when I try to make a bunch of different kinds of things each week.
