I got rave reviews! Everyone loved them! The combination of flavors was excelent, and contrary to what the previous poster assumed the lobster was the star of the dish. Not something I would make too often because they are expensive – but well received by my gourmet group for our seasonal meal.

Lobster is an expensive seafood with all the ingredients , different cheeses, mustard and so on…It is just like trying to cook a Kobe beef with sauce on: don't make much sense to me. I suggest you guys better eat grill cheese alone. Don't waste your money on the lobster if you don't asppreciate lobster
