Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

These were really good, you could not tell there were no eggs in batter. Used for a platter so served at room temp. Will definitely make again!

These were absolutely perfect and a big hit at a party. I've noticed in the past when I deep fry something like this that I have a lot of "stuff" broken off and floating in the oil, but everything held together beautifully. The only comment from the guests, was that they wanted more sauce. I will double that next time. Thanks for the recipe!

I made mine with canned corn, didn't run into any issues and I love the flavor. ^_^

Just made these as a test run for a Mexican potluck. They're delicious! The flavors blend together so well and the spicy level is perfect (not too much and not too little, exactly where it should be, in my opinion.) The sauce paired really well, too. I was looking for something that wouldn't needed to be refrigerated in an hour and I think this recipe fits the bill. Meanwhile, I'll be enjoying this "test run" batch immensely. :) Thanks for sharing this!
