I was SUPER excited to see you posted this recipee, ESPECIALLY since I had this for bfast today!!! However the only veggies I mixed were onions, tomato and serrano peppers (a la mexicana). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And to be extra healthy, you can use cooking spray to sautee the tortillas and vegetables. =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Congrats on your blog!!]]></description>
