Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

My son's favorite no bake is whats commonly called "Woolsworths Cheesecake" The only trick being that everything be cold. Bowl, beaters, canned milk etc. It's made in a 9X13 and when made, my son grabs a spoon and hides with it. Did I mention that he loves this cheesecake ?? LOL

I just stumbled upon your blog and I am thrilled to have found recipes that are new but not full of exotic ingredients, insanely long wait times, or complicated steps. I, too, have been trying to change things up in the kitchen, and while I have ventured into homemade cheeses, sauces and preserves, I keep forgetting to find everyday meals. Thankfully, I could make a handful of your recipes right now if I wanted- including this divine-looking cheesecake! This is the first no-gelatin recipe I've found! Thank you for sharing your great ideas! :D
