Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

My husband recently returned from a King Salmon fishing trip and asked me to entertain his buddies using his recent catch. Success! Success! Success! I am delighted to report that the salmon dish I made using your wonderful pan seared salmon and dill was successful. Very much so. I can’t believe that I did it. Thanks. It's no doubt due to your terrific and easy-to-follow instructions. This is one those recipes most people would guard with their life. I ended up making so much by request that I had to send someone to the store to get more ingredients. lol…. Thanks :)<br />Beth

Sounds great. I really love to serve salmon with Tzatziki sauce, which is very similar to the sauce you made. My dill didn't come up this year, and I never remembered to get a new plant. Need to put that on my shopping list before it's too late.
