Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

I always add fresh mushrooms (baby bellas and white) sliced to the sauce and it is delicious. Sometimes I add (frozen) peas or the english peas from Trader Joe's (put them in the pasta water to cook!)

I just made this for tonight‘s dinner. It’s fast and easy to make, and is yummy. I work from home, so on my lunch hour I made the pasta (I used penne because I didn’t have any fettuccine) and then the rest of the recipe takes 5 -10 minutes. I didn’t have any fresh Parmesan, so I just used the processed kind from Kraft. I will definitely make this again and add garlic next time.
