Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

This = Amazingness. I am not amazing at cooking. I took a vacation to Charleston, and was so impressed by an amazing portobella mushroom sandwich that I googled a recipe. Thus I landed upon your blog, and have been nothing but inspired by pistachio pestos and recipes that make my mind scream in desire. I am still figuring out why it makes a difference if I let the butter naturally soften, or put it in the microwave (seperation of water!). I am a shame of a cook, in an itty bitty apartment in Atlanta, but you inspire me. So.. for letting me glimpse into your delicious recipes, and hope that I can one day measure up... thanks a bunch. :)
