Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

My grandmother used to stuff her meatloaf with a traditional breadcrumb stuffing, just like a Thanksgiving turkey. So good. Your recipes are so great. Can't wait to make this.

Thank you so much for all your ~Perfectly Splendid~ recipes. My Grandchildren always ask me to 'Make again, Grandma' Filled meatloaves are fun to create. I slightly under bake, then encase in puff pastry for a 'Beef Wellington' Works perfectly, same for individual ones, too.

This is a great recipe. I do one very close to that. Without the cheese. That is the conundrum. Do you want cheese in your meatloaf? I also bake my flat on a sheet pan, but i use some parchment paper so I don't have too much of a mess to clean up.
