Roasted cauliflower is one of my FAVOURITE things. There was a time earlier on this year where nearly every single dinner I blogged about featured roasted cauli on the side…I love it in a salad, with roasted parsnips, capers, rocket(or arugula as you might call it) and cherry tomatoes.

Only about three months until I’ll have some fresh cauliflower from my garden! Talk about delayed gratification.
