Found your recipe and actually had everything except the miso. Made according to your recipe with one exception; I baked the potatoes longer as I really like crispy edges. Instead of the miso, I used the suggested mustard option. Three people ate it, loved it and all agreed that we should have it again soon! Thanks, and have a lovely day!
