Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

I've never made homemade salsa. Just got around to it today. Used your recipe. Tweeked it a bit to my avaialble ingredients/preferences but roasting is the key! Super Yummo, may never buy another jar of salsa again. Plus I can ditch the sugar content of premade & other recipes & substitute to zero cal sugar for me & my Hubby's lifestyle. Game Changer!! Thanks for your work. xoxo.
