Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. This slow cooker beef is cooked until it is falling apart tender and slicing it would be difficult. (Just press it with a fork and it will fall apart.) If you would prefer a deli style roast beef, you could use a meat thermometer to get the beef to the desired level of doneness and slice it thinly against the grain.
