Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Made these today - so yummy! I did not have time to make the pork dumplings but used pork vegetable dumplings from the freezer section of grocery store. Took 10 minutes to make this dish and it was a hit! This will definitely be added to my regular meal planning - especially on nights when I am tight on time. Next time I will double the recipe - we all wanted more!

I had a package of Trader Joe's Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons in my freezer so I made this recipe, but cheating with the premade wontons. I added the zucchini. It was delicious! It was such a quick, delicous meal. Thank you!

These caught my eye when they were first posted and I finally made them! They were soooo delicious! A few notes for other recipe makers:
- Get round wrappers! I got squares and it was hard to wrap them up like Kevins
- I used Thai Kitchen brand green chile paste and added the garlic and cilantro as noted - also a little more salt to the pork (we are a salty family) - taste was spot on
- I used simmered zucchini in the curry as recommended - yum!!
- I used Red Boat fish sauce and the curry was delicious but a little "fish forward" - for this brand I will use 1.5tbs next time.
Thank you Kevin for such a wonderful recipe!

Steve: I'm glad you like them!

Yes these will freeze well. Just freeze them on a baking sheet without touching each other and then transfer to a bag or container to make sure that they freeze individually rathe than in one big clump.

I made this tonight and it was WONDERFUL! I did the whole 3 garnish thing too. Really was a great recipe. I love the Thai green curry paste, I've been making the fish curry regularly, and then when I saw this I couldn't wait to try it. THANK YOU!!!
