Kevin – have you ever experimented with PB powder in PB cookie recipes? I have tried it – replaced a portion of the flour with PB powder. Awesome. Looking forward to trying your recipe but will have to wait until after the holiday season as we have too many sweets in the house right now….if there is such a thing!

I like to finish them within 5 days. After that they start to be a little drier and harder, but still really good, especially with a glass of milk, coffee or tea!

My experience with peanut butter cookies is that they barely taste like peanut butter and they're too firm/dry. These have wonderful texture/great mouth-feel on top of the super peanut-buttery flavor. I added some chopped peanuts on top before baking. I'll definitely be making these and the chocolate chunk version for the holidays. Thanks for a great recipe!
