The recipes you have posted for left over turkey are absolutely wonderful! We made this chili tonight and were all amazed by how tasty it was! My husband was a little skeptical when he saw it (he thought it looked more like soup) However all skepticism was laid to rest once he tasted it. Such wonderful flavors, and the sour cream and cheese were the perfect accompaniment to the chili. We will definitely be making this again come Christmas!
