Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Thanks for the recipe! Made this just now for my husband's birthday tomorrow, and I can't wait to see how it comes out! Instead of the jelly, I macerated some strawberries in balsamic vinegar and a dash of sugar. Can't wait to see how it comes out!

Great recipe!
I tried your recipe out today. I used vanilla greek yogurt. Worked great! I think it'd be possible to omit some (or all) of the sugar that way. Wish I would have thought about that beforehand! ;)
I made the jelly with cherries instead of strawberries. Perfect! And I'll have a schmear or two left over to use on my bagel thins for breakfast.
Thanks!

I recently made a panna cotta using 2% milk, but greek yogurt sounds like a much better substitute. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing.

http:/pickyeatersbeware.blogspot.com
