The consistency did not allow me to roll and then press with a fork. Perhaps it was the pb I used but it was not a natural pb. I flattened them with a back of a spoon and baked.

Flavor? Does not resemble a pb cookie. I did not dip in chocolate bevause I wanted to tast the cookie without. I love pb and I love dates but unfortunately, these got tossed. =(

You can use either the generic dates that you find in the baking section of a grocery store or pit some dates like mejool dates. Enjoy!
