I used my homemade basil pesto because I have a glut of it in my freezer, but I needed a way to use up some of my asparagus from the garden, and this was perfect. I added some red onion and red bell pepper. Saturday is “Pizza Night” here and my husband said this was the best one I’ve ever made!
