I’ve never cooked Irish food before, so this was a fun learning experience. The potato pancake came out great, and I added the optional cheese and egg which took it to the next level. I also used German bratwurst instead of English or Irish bangers because it was all I could find at the moment. Hopefully, I can find them next time because they might have very different flavors. I will also be trying it out with beef broth next time as I’m not a big stout fan to begin with. Looking forward to making this again
