I only made one change to the recipe: I used Greek yogurt since that’s what I eat and it’s healthier. However, that might’ve made the soup a touch sour, so next time, I will use plain yogurt as directed to compare. I’ve paired the soup with a BLT for lunch this week. Thank you for the recipe! Will be extra refreshing in the summer.
