Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

Marinate the chicken in half of the mojo sauce and use the remaining sauce (that was not used to marinate) to serve. Enjoy!

I love your recipes. In this one case I would change it for myself, as I like a really tender thigh. It would go half an hour or more.

In reply to <a href="https://www.closetcooking.com/grilled-mojo-chicken/#comment-154054">Nancy</a>.

I placed a large variation on the cooking time for accommodate different thigh sizes and bone in or out. Smaller thighs with bones would probably take about 4-5 minutes per side, medium ones about 6 minutes per side, and large ones may take up to 8 minutes per side. (Use a meat thermometer to make sure that they reach 165F.) Enjoy!

How much longer would you need to grill for bone-in thighs? I really prefer bone in meats when possible.
