Wait to put the dressing on. You can add the dressing an hour or so before serving; having some time to soak in is good but leaving it overnight will start to make the veggies a little less than optimal. Enjoy!

Everybody commented on it and requested that I bring it to the next one too! It's such a fresh, summery, flavorful salad, and so colorful. I like it with the red wine vinegar. It's also pretty when you use the fresh spinach tortellini, it adds a nice green color to it. It's yummy! Thx Kevin!
