Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

In reply to <a href="https://www.closetcooking.com/salsa-verde-chicken-nachos/#comment-141220">David Myers</a>.

These nachos are topped with a nacho cheese sauce rather than being covered with shredded cheese and melted. I am a big fan of including both! These are great topped with shredded Monterey jack and/or white cheddar and broiled to melt. Enjoy!

This recipe sounds great . . . but I have one question. Why isn't there cheese shredded on top and melted with a quick broil? And with this recipe if you were to put shredded cheese on it and broil it, what cheese would you pick for yourself or recommend for us. Thanks for your seemingly endless supply of fine, inspiring recipes that taste great!
