Nachos are an amazing game day snacking option and these salsa verde nachos are one of my favourites! One of the main ingredients of nachos is cheese, which can either be sprinkled on top and melted or it can be drizzled on in the form of a cheese sauce! These nachos are the combination of chicken, white beans and a salsa verde nacho cheese sauce along with green onions, cilantro, and sliced jalapeno! You can change the toppings up as you like and some additional things to consider are: avocados, sour cream, salsa verde, etc.

This recipe sounds great . . . but I have one question. Why isn’t there cheese shredded on top and melted with a quick broil? And with this recipe if you were to put shredded cheese on it and broil it, what cheese would you pick for yourself or recommend for us. Thanks for your seemingly endless supply of fine, inspiring recipes that taste great!

These nachos are topped with a nacho cheese sauce rather than being covered with shredded cheese and melted. I am a big fan of including both! These are great topped with shredded Monterey jack and/or white cheddar and broiled to melt. Enjoy!

great alternative to my typical nacho dish, starting with the verde, a nice choice, thank you!
