Oh wow Kevin! I would love to have a big pile of this for breakfast!
I've never considered eating nachos for breakfast, but I think I'll have to try that sometime! These look so good!
Nachos for breakfast? I've never even considered that. Until now. Once again, another incredible creation by you. Love these!
Ohhh, I am so down for nachos for breakfast. These look irresistibly good, Kevin!
OK Kevin….you've out down yourself with this one. So, I haven't tried it yet, but can taste it anyway. Best thing for a brunch with my guy-friends.
Ha! You've discovered the wonderful Tex-Mex breakfast dish called Migas! Legend has it that migas was created to use up old tortillas. The only difference with your recipe and migas is the tortilla chips are crumbled up and spread on the eggs-beans-salsa-chorizo-cheese mixture in migas. No matter how you do it, this is a delicious breakfast–one I had many times living in Austin Texas!
Wow these look so so good.. Only today I was thinking about this kind breakfast!!
Wow! Gorgeous, Kevin! Tex-Mex breakfasts are pretty standard at our house. (It's an addiction.) Now, we simply must try your recipe. Sunday breakfast cannot come soon enough!
Love this one! Just happened to have chorizo and nachos at home. This will be my breakfast tomorrow!
My boys would love nachos for breakfast – fun idea Kevin!
Nachos for breakfast I love it!
I can't stop thinking about these nachos! So I finally picked up some chorizo and will be making these this weekend. Nachos for breakfast, heck yeah!
I'll take any excuse to have nachos for breakfast!
It's like you know the way to my heart! I love having cooked breakfasts (though unless it's a lazy weekend, who really has time). AND THEN add in a Mexican twist? I'm so totally there.
