One of my favourite game day treats is nachos or nacho fries! Nachos are a base of tortilla chips topped with nacho cheese sauce and other tasty ingredients and it’s easy to swap out tortilla chips with crispy french fries. I go with a Korean theme for these nacho fries using sliced korean steak, chopped kimchi, guacamole and plenty of gochujang nacho cheese sauce! I like to make a double batch, pan seared version, of my grilled korean steak the night before, saving the extra for these nacho fries! When you have the steak and cheese sauce already made these nacho fries are as easy to make as cooking the fries, warming the steak and cheese sauce before assembling! These Korean steak nacho cheese fries are on my menu for the big game!
Enjoy the game and some tasty food!
