Cooking adventures in a small, closet sized, kitchen. - I came to realize that my meals were boring and that I had been eating the same few dishes over and over again for years. It was time for a change! I now spend my free time searching for, creating and trying tasty new recipes in my closet sized kitchen.

If you're ever in Rhode Island, try Caserta's Pizzeria on Spruce Street in Providence. It's a nice "grandma" or Sicilian pizza that I literally grew up on. It's delicious! They also have something called a Wimpy Skippy, basically a delicious spinach pie with pepperoni, pepper flakes, and mozzarella. I make these all winter due to my husband growing lots of spinach through the winter, even in our cold RI winters!

Hi!! I have made this recipe over and over! It’s the best think crust ever! My question is… It’s making the dough I’m leaving the set overnight. Do you put it in the refrigerator or leave it out on the counter and if it goes in the fridge overnight I get to room temperature in follow the rest of the recipe
